Back Pain

Hi People..
Recently I was suffering from back and neck pain.
Software job .. that too travel for 40 KMs every day on bike .. and Bangalore traffic.. why to provide them better.. if construction is going on, people will manage themselves.. why to spend more money on planning and giving them better home return after a tiring job ..
